Planning a corporate event: the checklist for a smooth run

The most common mistake when planning a corporate event isn't a missing idea, it's a missing time buffer. Venue enquiries, catering arrangements and permits need lead time — the larger the guest numbers, the earlier planning should start.

Second point: the audience. An internal team event needs a different format from an event with clients present. Clarifying who will be in the room first automatically leads to better decisions about schedule and programme.

Third point: a single point of contact. As soon as venue, catering, technology and décor run through different contacts, the risk of friction on the day itself rises — which is exactly why we bundle those threads in one place for every corporate event.

Final point: a plan B. Whether weather, technology or travel — a short list of realistic fallback scenarios takes a lot of pressure out of the day.
